Our Team

Don is a native North Vancouverite who graduated with his Bachelor of Commerce degree in 1980 from the University of British Columbia and achieved his CA designation in 1982. Don joined the firm in 1985 looking for the opportunity to continue to serve owner-management clients from a North Vancouver location close to the local ski areas. In 1991 Don became a partner in the firm and continues to serve clients in many industries including thoroughbred horse racing and a variety of corporate, partnership and proprietorship business structures.

Leslie is Godding Sheane’s office administrator.  Her responsibilities include telephone and reception, financial statement typist, bookkeeper and digital database maintenance. Her exemplary organizational skills and love of people are a valuable asset to the firm.

Ed loves his ABC’s.  Accounting, Biking and Cars.

He and best friend Don Sheane shared an interest in accounting during high school, and he has travelled along that path now for over 40 years.

He started his career in public practice, working with small to medium sized clients, and later switched to be a comptroller in the auto industry, to be able to drive a different car every day!

Ed volunteers with Not-for-Profits which is another special part of his accounting life.
